CERNAS is structured into three research groups oriented by three thematic lines, which are transversal to the research groups. The research groups cooperate to excel in research and to promote development through knowledge dissemination. Focusing on our strategic objectives for 2015-2020 we establish seven key production processes that allow us to deliver various product / process or service. Many of them serve as key performance indicators not only for FCT funding performance demonstration but, more important to drive throw excellence in what we do.
