EuFooD-STA to improve Industry-Academia collaboration

The Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra is a partner in the EUFooD-STA, an Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance, started in January 2015. This KA intends to improve the collaboration between the food industry and academia on the training of food graduates and food professionals. This aim will be supported by a skills need and demand analysis for workers in the food industry which will form the ground for the continuous professional development actions and plan of food study programmes. Rui Costa and Sara Proença are the CERNAS researchers that compose the team the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra.
